About Me

Hi, I'm Roger and I have a passion for helping people become their best selves. I love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, eating good food and reading books.

When I first started my career as a personal trainer, I found that I didn't relate to many of the people that existed within the fitness industry. I didn't have an obsession with growing my muscles as large as physically possible, I loved pasta and didn't shy away from having beers on social occasions.

I realise that many people share this sentiment and that from the outside, the fitness industry can in fact look unwelcoming to the general population. Personal trainers can often come across as unrelatable as they push their unrealistic standards of living onto their clients.

My goal is to help everyday people take control of their health and fitness and to give people the tools to self-manage it long term. I also aim to reshape our societies beliefs on what it actually means to be fit and healthy.

If you're looking for a trainer who you can trust, who actually cares about your wellbeing and makes sure you're doing things the right way, then I am your guy!

My Mission

The fitness industry today is riddled with unrealistic standards of 'healthy' bodies with a lot of the spotlight being on unrelatable role models. I found that because of this, the fitness industry has become less accessible to the general population.

My goal as a trainer is to reach those who actually need my help. I want to help the average joes, the introverts, the self-doubters and the uncoordinated.

I want to show you that you are capable of more than you know.
