Hi, I'm Roger and I have a passion for helping people become their best selves. I love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, eating good food and reading books.
I'm not a bodybuilder. I train for performance and to keep fitting into my clothes while still being able to enjoy beers and burgers every now and again.

My goal is to help everyday people take control of their health and fitness and to give people the tools to self-manage it long term. The objective for all my clients is to finally feel in control of their own health and wellbeing.

My Mission
The fitness industry today is riddled with unrealistic standards of 'healthy' bodies with a lot of the spotlight being on unrelatable role models. I found that because of this, the fitness industry has become less accessible to the general population.
My goal as a trainer is to reach those who actually need my help. I want to help the average joes, the introverts, the self-doubters and the uncoordinated.
I want to show you that you are capable of more than you know.
