About Me

Hi, I'm Roger and I have a passion for helping people become their best selves. I love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, eating good food and reading books.

 

I'm not a bodybuilder. I train for performance and to fit into my clothes while still being able to enjoy beers and burgers every now and again.

My goal is to help everyday people finally be in control of their health and fitness.

My Mission

The fitness industry today is riddled with unrealistic standards of 'healthy' bodies with a lot of the spotlight being on unrelatable role models. I found that because of this, the fitness industry has become less accessible to the general population.

 

My goal as a trainer is to reach those who actually need my help. I want to help the average joes, the introverts, the self-doubters and the uncoordinated.

 

I want to show you that you are capable of more than you know.
